Booking

  • When can I make a booking?

    Bookings can be made from approximately six months in advance.

  • Please tell me about cancelling a booking after it has been made.

    "Please make any requests to change or cancel your booking via the same channel you used to make the original booking. If you have any queries, please contact us by phone or email. Please note that cancellation fees may vary depending on the package and booking channel. Please make sure that you check the details carefully."

  • How can I check my booking details?

    If you have made a booking online, please check the confirmation email sent automatically once your booking has been confirmed. If you have any queries, please contact us by phone or email.

  • If I book several rooms, is it possible to have them next to each other?

    We are happy to take your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate it. Please note that depending on the room type and availability, we may not be able to meet your expectations.

  • Is it possible to change rooms?

    We apologise for the inconvenience, but please cancel your booking and make a new one, or contact the hotel directly.

  • Can minors stay on their own?

    If minors are staying on their own, please bring a letter of consent (no specific format required).

  • What is the age range for children staying at the hotel? Is there an additional charge?

    We do not have a separate rate for children. Children in primary school and above should be booked in the same way as adult guests.

Access

  • How can I get to the hotel?

    It is a 7-minute walk from JR/Hankyu Sannomiya Station or Hanshin Motomachi Station, and approximately a 6-minute taxi ride from Shin-Kobe Station.

  • Is there a car park?

    There is no car park on site.
    Please use one of the nearby pay-and-display car parks.

Check-in and check-out

  • What time does check-in start?

    Check-in starts at 3 pm.

  • What time is the latest check-in?

    Check-in is available until 10 pm. Please note that the entrance will be locked after midnight. Guests who have already checked in can use the QR code or PIN code provided upon check-in to unlock the entrance.

  • Is there anything I need to bring for check-in?

    International guests should bring their passports. If you have completed online check-in, please have your QR code ready.

  • Can my companion check in before me?

    Yes, that is possible. Please ensure you have your booking details, such as your booking ID or telephone number, to hand, as we will need to verify them at reception.

  • Is early check-in available?

    We are currently unable to accommodate check-in before 3 pm.

  • What time is check-out?

    Check-out is by 10 am the following morning.

  • Is late check-out available?

    We may be able to accommodate this depending on availability. Please enquire at reception regarding the charges for late check-out.

Luggage

  • Can you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    We do not offer a luggage storage service. However, we can direct you to the lockers on the premises; please ask at reception for further details.

  • If I send my luggage in advance, can you hold it for me?

    We can only hold luggage for guests who have contacted us in advance. If you would like us to do so, please contact the front desk before sending your luggage.

Services

  • What room amenities are provided?

    All rooms are equipped with towels, pyjamas, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hand soap, an electric kettle, a mug, a fridge and an air purifier. For details of other items, please check the information for each room type. (ROOMS) Combs, razors, cotton buds and similar items are available at the Amenity Bar on the ground floor. We have carefully selected the equipment and amenities in our guest rooms to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable stay. Please visit the GOODS page to find out more about our attention to detail.。

  • Please could you tell me about the items available for hire?

    The following items are available for hire at reception: humidifiers, hair straighteners (cado), garment steamers, mobile phone chargers, nail clippers, umbrellas, thermometers, multi-type power adaptors, wine openers, ice buckets, trouser presses, blankets, bed guards, cutlery and plates.

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    We provide free Wi-Fi.

  • Is the laundry available at all times?

    It is available 24 hours a day.

  • Is there a communal bath?

    We do not have a communal bath.

Guest rooms

  • If I’m staying for several nights, will the towels and bed linen in my room be changed every day?

    For guests staying for several nights, we carry out a standard room clean every four days. If you do not require a standard clean, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ card on your door handle.
    On all other days, we will carry out an ‘eco-cleaning’ service, which involves only rubbish collection and towel replacement. If you would like us to carry out eco-cleaning, please place your used towels and rubbish bin outside your room door by midday. Our staff will collect these, and replacement towels will be delivered to you in a laundry bag.

Sauna (SPA)

  • Can non-guests use the facilities?

    At present, use is restricted to guests only.

  • Is there a charge for using this facility?

    It is free of charge for guests staying at the hotel.

  • Do I need to book?

    No booking is required.

  • Do I need to wear a swimsuit?

    As this is a mixed-gender spa, we ask that you wear a swimsuit whilst using the facilities.

  • Do you have swimwear available for hire?

    Yes. However, you are also welcome to use your own swimwear.

  • Are there changing rooms?

    We have separate changing rooms for men and women.
    As the changing rooms are private cubicles, we recommend changing in your room to help reduce congestion.
